Who ‘ya gonna call? No, it’s not the Ghostbusters.
Instead, when a job calls for more resources than what we can handle alone we’ve rounded up some of the best of the best to come in and lend a hand or two. We’d like to introduce you to them below.
Mike Bren, IT Support
Michael Bren co-founded Crown Point Solutions in 2003. Prior to starting the company, he was Manager of Web Development for National Technological University, a fully accredited online university dedicated to providing Master’s Degrees in Engineering and Computer Science. Mike earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Colorado State University in 1996. After graduation, he went on to work at Hewlett-Packard for over four years, serving as a market research analyst. In his spare time, Michael enjoys the outdoors, camping in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Seth Daire, IT Support
Seth Daire joined Crown Point Solutions in 2004 after returning from living and working in New Zealand. Previously he had worked in technology roles with organizations such as Fujitsu New Zealand, the Poudre School District, and National Technological University. Seth has a B.A. in Speech and Radio Communications and an M.A. in International Human Rights. When not at work, Seth enjoys exploring unfamiliar places, skiing down mountains, and conversing over specialty coffee.
Hailey Day, Web Designer
Hailey is an accomplished website designer, developer and graphic artist. Her 20-year career as a digital artist has spanned many industries — everything from forensic animation to wine blogs.
But no matter how many times she has said to herself well, this will be different, she always brings the same winning formula: artistic aesthetic, technical know-how, and a no-nonsense work ethic that makes her the antithesis of a flashy agency.
Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, she now lives in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood (formerly Stapleton) with her husband (a wine writer and content strategist) and their two daughters – Varenna and Lamorra.
Hailey Day, Web Designer
Kevin has been a content marketer since before such a label existed. In 2000, while still in college, he landed a summer job as an editor for a section of The Colorado Guide, in which he was tasked with promoting his beautiful home state of Colorado to travelers.
This segued into an editorial career at a custom publisher, serving such travel-focused clients as the Colorado Tourism Office, San Francisco CVB, NYC & Company and Tourism Vancouver. He soon shifted into a business development role and created custom content strategy programs for many of these clients. By 2011, he was ready to start his own company and apply what he had learned to a broader range of industries.
Since then, Headwaters Content has become a highly nimble business serving the needs of a small but loyal clientele. Kevin has established standards for blogging programs; crafted content strategies that translate simple brand messages to complex web environments; and he has produced thousands of pages of web content, all optimized for search, social, and e-commerce.
His most intensive (and rewarding) work came in 2015 when he collaborated with Aspen Snowmass and their agency of record to establish a complex yet user-intuitive new website to support the company’s four mountain resort. This site — and its information architecture and user experience — continue to serve the company well.

Print & Packaging Design, Brand Strategy
Daina Penn, Packaging & Print Designer, Brand Strategy
Daina grew up in Longmont, CO, and has worked in the Denver area for over 25 years as a graphic designer and design consultant. Along with her passion for design, she loves music, cooking, traveling to other countries, and hanging out with friends and family. She enjoys visiting local markets in foreign countries. Her love for package design comes out when she visits these markets! “I could literally stand there for hours, looking at the different packages, designs, fonts, and colors,” says Daina.
Creative through and through it shows in every part of her life. Whether she’s writing and illustrating a new story for a children’s picture book, creating a brochure for a new client, or developing an awesome package for a new product, or developing a brand strategy she feels it’s what she was put on this earth to do.
