Design & Marketing Resources

A curated list of printing, email marketing, and other design resources to make your life easier.

Recommended Tools and Vendors

Marketing and Design services I’ve used and recommend.

Commercial Printing

Moo.com

I discovered Moo when Vista Print couldn’t get the job done in time for a deadline. They’ve been able to deliver high quality printing for smaller projects like business cards and postcards.

1Touchpoint

This is my go-to if I need a pop-up banner, tradeshow collateral, vehicle wraps, floor graphics, signage, booklets, brochures, and more. Contact Brent Englehardt to get a quote started and let him know Sarah sent you.

All Packaging

It’s been a bit while since I worked with the lovely folks at All Pack, but if you need paperboard packaging, these are your people. Check out the Sashco 6-Pack packaging and Alpha Hydrox sample pack for a quick glance at what they can do.

Email Marketing Services

Constant Contact

If you have a smaller budget but want something that’s easy to use out of the box, Constant Contact is a great choice. They also have a steeper discount for non-profits than MailChimp. Click here for discount pricing for going through Moonshine Design.

MailChimp

MailChimp is a great starter email service. You can get a free account if you’re on a shoestring budget, or you can pay for a more robust plan with workflow, abandon carts, and X. The interface is intuitive and a great option if you plan to add more services as your business grows.

HubSpot

Great for bigger players, small and mid-sized companies and consultants. I use HubSpot for my email marketing and good CRM for tracking leads and more.

CRMs
(customer relationship management software)

There are probably other great systems out there but in my mind these are two of the best. If you use something else shoot me an email and I’d like to hear more about it.

HubSpot

HubSpot isn’t just for email marketing. It can do so much more, from hosting your website to drip email campaigns to workflows, keeping track of sales deals, and more.

Salesforce

Salesforce is the ultimate tool. If your company employs sales reps across the country and your budget is on the larger side this CRM will do it all. From email marketing to X. Customize the package to fit your needs.
