Social Media Marketing

We connect you with people interested in your product, service, or nonprofit on social media.

Why Social Media Matters.

Your audience is on social media. You need to meet them where they are. Social platforms aren’t just “fun” anymore.  They’re part of your marketing tool belt and let people know you exist.

Posting in fits and starts on your social media marketing makes you look inconsistent and hurt your reach. Maybe you're not sure what to say. Or you just don't have the time.

We can help.

Our Services

Social Media Marketing & Management.

Strategy & Planning

    • Audience Audit: Who are your people? What are they interested in?

    • Platform selection: We help you pick the right solution for your brand & market.

    • Content calendar creation: mapping out content based around your business. Seasonal themes, events, mission, goals, milestones, and more.

    Content Creation & Copywriting

      • High-impact visuals: We turn your real-world assets (jobsite shots, manufacturing lines, log homes, product shots) into content that gets engagement.

      • Branded storytelling: We write in your brand’s voice or develop one unique to you.

      • Brand-voice consistency across all touchpoints so you look and sound like you no matter where you show up.
      • Cover/photo profile design:  Update your profiles look polished and on-brand.

        Setup & Monitoring

          • Account setup or audit: We’ll set you up right (or clean up and organize your channels).

          • Posting & scheduling: You don’t need to hustle every day. We post and schedule regularly through a scheduler.

          • Community engagement: Monitor comments, replying when needed or flagging it for your attention.

          • Reporting: 30-minute monthly metrics meetings to review what's working and what isn't so we can adapt.

        Our Process

        What You Can Expect.

        1. It’s Starts with a Conversation.

The first time we meet (usually on Zoom, but occasionally in person if you’re local), we’ll sit down and talk about:

        • What challenges are you facing?
        • What are your goals?
        • What have you tried before that worked, or what didn’t?
        • Who are your customers, and how do you help them?
        • What’s your budget, and how involved do you want to be?

You don’t need to have all the answers.

People often feel overwhelmed and think they need to be everywhere on the socials. But the truth is, you only need to be where your audience is. We’ll focus on what makes sense for your business.

Log and Timber Solutions Social Media Example

Log & Timber Solutions: Share your knowledge.

The video above shows the crew washing a log home. It went from about 19,800 Facebook views in our April report to 68,000 in June. That’s evergreen content: it stays relevant and keeps working long after you hit publish.

        Big Waves Social Media Example

Big Waves: Show the people behind the mission.

A short video of Asa packing gun locks gave followers a peek at the person helping get those locks into people’s hands. That reel recorded 3,100 Instagram views. It’s a simple example of how something that feels routine to you can help others understand your work.

        2. Building a Plan

Once we’ve decided to partner up, we’ll start building a plan for your social media accounts. Together, we’ll map out and brainstorm ideas around:

        • Milestones
        • Events
        • Evergreen content
        • Seasonal shifts in work

Every post has a purpose. It answers a customer’s questions. Educates them. It shows your work or builds awareness, and it connects back to your mission or business goals. Depending on your budget and needs, we can be flexible.

        Every post has a purpose.

It answers a customer’s questions. Educates your people. It shows your work or builds awareness, and it connects back to your mission or business goals. Depending on your budget and needs, we have flexible options.

        • Full social media management: We handle everything. Planning, creating, scheduling, and posting content. Plus monitoring your accounts. You review and give feedback before it gets published.
        • A partnership: We work somewhere in the middle. You want to be hands-on but need an extra set of hands. You need graphics or writing but want to do the posting yourself. Maybe I prep the content, and you post. We’ll configure a solution that fits you.
        • A social media consultant: You need guidance with strategy, content ideas, and feedback, while you or your team handle most of the day-to-day posting.

Together, we figure out what fits you best.

        3. Getting It Out the Door

You probably have more content to work with than you think.

Brochures, blog posts, project photos, frequently asked customer questions, stories from donors, and that stuff in your head you’re not sure is worth sharing. We can repurpose it all into social media content.

Your content might include carousels, reels, photos, or stories. We prep it, you review it for accuracy and tone, and we make revisions before it’s published.

Variety is the spice of life and social media marketing.

Sometimes, I’ll ask for new photos or a video for a reel idea. You record them on your phone and send them over. If a project calls for it, we can bring in a videographer or editor.

My focus is building community and engagement through educational, entertaining content. That means a mix of content — carousels, reels, static photos, and stories that highlight real people, real stories, and your expertise.

Do It for Dominic D Social Media Example

DoItForDominicD: It’s all about timing and knowing your audience.

A post addressed to Broomfield High School Eagles during prom season paired a photo of Dominic with the message “Your DD will get you home.” With 27,900 Facebook views and 16 shares, it tugged at parents’ heartstrings at just the right time to share the message of making it home safely.

        4. Review, Rinse, & Repeat

We meet every month on Zoom for 30 minutes to touch base. We look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s coming up. The process repeats itself every month, and we adjust as needed.

        Our Experience

        This Isn’t Our First Rodeo.

We’ve been there and done that with organic social media marketing for nearly 20 years. I had kids and watched them grow up alongside all its iterations, and now my eldest is in college, (when did that happen?!)

But you know what? It really hasn’t changed all that much either.

Successful social media marketing and management starts by making a plan around your business, customers, and what you can realistically keep up with.
